Services

We provide four cleans for our clients including: Rough Clean, Final Clean, Fluff Clean, and Owner-Approval Clean. We do this with the following process.

1. Initial Assessment: The first step is to discuss your cleaning requirements; what needs to be cleaned, how it needs to be cleaned and what condition the area should be in after the final cleaning.
   
2. During the Clean-up: Crews are experienced and self starting and are exceptional at completing all tasks while working around other contractors.  We follow all OSHA regulations concerning safety equipment.
   
3. Owner Acceptance Clean: Any construction clean-up is subject to the terms of your individualized construction cleaning agreement. We are a green company and only use "Green Products" in our final construction cleans. 

We carry a very specialized team that can provide ongoing janitorial and day porter services to any center or building. Items including: Vacuuming, Dusting, Interior Glass Cleaning, Trash Removal, Bathroom Upkeep, Carpet Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Window Washing, Graffiti / Gum Removal, Bird Abatement.

Our owner Larry Giannini has 30+ years of experience in the doors, locks, and hardware business and can provide assistance with most any needs under this umbrella.

We service multiple property management companies in the Bay Area by finding and cleaning to their site specific needs. Maintenance includes: Light painting, Lightbulb replacement, electrical, plumbing, gutter clear out, trash pickup, vacuuming corridors, floor cleaning, etc.
